System Maintenance Specialist

Develop and maintain internal web applications and digital tools that support business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to enhance system functionality, improve operational efficiency, and ensure reliable administration of enterprise platforms. Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based and containerized solutions while integrating internal systems through APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize internal web applications and digital tools.

• Collaborate with the Scrum team to refine requirements and deliver sprint objectives.

• Support and enhance business-critical applications used in daily operations.

• Maintain automated data ingestion and parsing solutions.

• Integrate Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms with internal systems.

• Implement continuous improvements throughout the application lifecycle.

• Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Customer Support platforms.

• Deploy and manage cloud applications on Azure and AWS.

• Develop and maintain containerized applications.

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

• Build and customize web applications using PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web application development.

• Strong proficiency in PHP, with hands-on experience using Laravel.

• Experience with Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.

• Experience deploying and managing applications on Azure or AWS.

• Experience developing and maintaining containerized applications.

• Knowledge of REST API development and system integrations.

• Ability to deliver technical solutions using modern technologies.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills in remote teams.
