System Integration Tech Lead / Technical Delivery Manager (.NET / Azure)

About the Role

Our client, an international organisation delivering enterprise-grade tax and financial technology solutions, is looking for a highly experienced Senior System Integration Tech Lead / Technical Delivery Manager. This role is dedicated to an accomplished professional with strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and a deep architectural background.

You will partner closely with senior technology and business stakeholders across global teams, including regular collaboration with colleagues in the United States. The position requires a mature engineering mindset, the ability to navigate complex corporate environments, and confidence in driving technical decisions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and enhance engineering standards and delivery processes across multiple integration streams.
• Act as a senior technical partner supporting product strategy, roadmap planning, pre-sales, and stakeholder advisory.
• Work with global Tech Leads and Architects on high-level solution design, ensuring architectural consistency and scalability.
• Lead, mentor and guide Development Leads; provide senior oversight during design reviews, code reviews and decision-making.
• Validate technical designs for epics/features, ensuring alignment with platform guidelines and security requirements.
• Promote DevOps culture and support engineering teams in adopting modern CI/CD and automation practices.
• Encourage practical usage of AI/GenAI tools to enhance productivity and development quality.
• Ensure compliance with corporate engineering standards, proactively addressing technical risks and integration challenges.
• Participate in handling priority incidents (P1) and critical client escalations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in IT/software engineering.
• 5+ years in a senior architectural or technical leadership position.
• Proven experience developing C#/.NET RESTful applications in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services: Functions, Service Bus/Event Hub, App Services, SQL and/or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Onion Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Solid understanding of DevOps concepts and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools.
• Practical knowledge or hands-on use of AI/GenAI technologies.
• Extensive experience working in large international corporate environments and collaborating directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple time zones, including regular interaction with the US.
• Strong managerial and analytical skills; ability to influence decisions at senior levels.
• Higher technical education (Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or similar) – required.
• English at C1 level – required.
