System Integration Tech Lead (.NET & Azure)

Role Overview

In the Global Tax Technology space, we are looking for our client ("Big Four") a senior person, a former System/Software Architect, to fulfil a key managerial + technical role in the digital platform Integrations project portfolio. The new role requires flexibility – the person will work with senior stakeholders across the projects within the digital platform environment with a focus on this digital platform projects delivery. The projects are mostly around our clients' digital platform, and the goal usually is to build and/or integrate an application with it.

• Define engineering standards and delivery processes and suggest improvements to promote good practices (consulting with other Tech Leads in Global Tax Technology)
• Facilitate collaboration with Product Owners/Managers on roadmaps, client consulting (advisory)/pre-sales, overseeing solution implementation
• Work with other Global Tax Technology Tech Leads and System Integration Architect on designing high-level solutions
• Lead and mentor Dev Leads, support them in code reviews and mentoring less experienced Developers
• Collaborate with System Integration Architect to review technical designs for epics/features drafted by Dev Leads
• Educate the rest of the engineering staff on DevOps
• Promote GenAI usage in daily work
• Monitor solution compliance with digital platform technical standards/security requirements and facilitate timely issue resolution
• Support P1 incident and other client issue resolution

Wymagania

• 15+ years of experience in IT/software projects
• Min. 5 years of experience as an IT Architect or Technical Leader
• Proven track record of RESTful Web app development using C#/.NET
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Azure stack especially: Functions, Service Bus or Event Hub, App Services, SQL/MongoDB
• Good understanding of Onion Architecture, Domain Driven Design principles and Test Driven Design approach
• Understanding of DevOps techniques and some hands-on experience with DevOps technologies is a must
• Some experience working in international environments, communicating directly with Business/end-users and senior stakeholders or their representative is a must
• English: written and spoken at advanced level is a must (min. C1)
• An interest in, and hands-on experience with GenAI will be an advantage
