Join Inetum as a System Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer and take responsibility for the end-to-end operation of approximately 700 systems across various environments. You will work in a highly automated, performance-driven infrastructure, ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our VoIP and Radius platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and enhance VoIP and Radius systems within high-performance data centers.
- Develop and improve automated system management using Puppet and Debian-based server clusters.
- Drive projects within the VoIP and Radius environment across their full lifecycle, from design to deployment.
- Perform performance analysis and optimization to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT operations, specifically with FOSS systems or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Linux administration, particularly with clustered environments.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Perl for automation tasks.
- Practical experience with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Good English skills, both written and spoken.
