System Analyst with PO experience

Andersen is seeking a skilled System Analyst with Product Owner experience to join a project focused on enterprise integrations, workflow automation, and digital transformation within the financial services sector. You will play a key role in designing integration layers and ensuring seamless data exchange across complex business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Capturing, analyzing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements.
• Translating business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
• Modeling business processes using BPMN and designing effective solutions.
• Defining product vision, managing the backlog, and setting development priorities.
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Over 3.5 years of experience as a System Analyst combined with Product Owner expertise.
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and workflow automation platforms like Camunda.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
