System Analyst with Italian

Andersen is seeking a skilled System Analyst with Italian language proficiency to join a project focused on supporting and enhancing a large portfolio of web and mobile applications for a major automotive client. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable digital operations and driving the modernization of business processes through technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L3 support by clarifying complex requirements and participating in root cause analysis for incidents.
• Analyze and specify functional and non-functional requirements for Change Requests, including security and error handling.
• Perform impact analysis across applications and integrations while supporting effort estimation with development teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence, including functional specifications and OpenAPI documentation.
• Support UAT activities by clarifying requirements and defining clear acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in system or business analysis for enterprise web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Requirements Engineering, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN, UML, and SQL for data analysis.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and integrations (REST/JSON, OpenAPI).
• Upper-Intermediate English and Intermediate Italian language skills.
