System Analyst

DCG is a dynamic recruitment company dedicated to connecting experienced professionals with challenging projects. We are currently seeking a skilled System Analyst to join our team and contribute to the ongoing growth of our partner initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analysing business processes and requirements to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and business capabilities.
• Designing system and data architectures by translating requirements into detailed specifications using UML and enterprise modelling tools.
• Collaborating closely with architects, developers, testers, and product owners to support the full system lifecycle and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
• Preparing comprehensive documentation and effectively communicating technical solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in systems analysis, requirements engineering, and software design for complex systems.
• Expert knowledge of UML and proven experience in modelling application and data architectures.
• Practical experience with enterprise modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS Architect.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience working within Agile (Scrum) environments.
• Excellent command of English at a minimum C1 level.
