System Analyst

NATEK is looking for a System Analyst to join a team focused on the Customer domain, supporting critical processes such as identity verification, AML/PEP risk assessment, and KYC. You will work within an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with a distributed team to deliver advanced solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications for development teams.
• Design system integrations, including REST APIs and interfaces documented with AsyncAPI.
• Create and maintain process documentation using UML, BPMN, and Enterprise Architect.
• Refine GUI specifications and business logic to ensure high-quality system performance.
• Provide functional support and validation during deployments and assist with production issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in system analysis with a proven ability to define technical solutions.
• Proficiency in designing REST APIs and documenting asynchronous communication.
• Practical knowledge of UML, BPMN, and Enterprise Architect tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• Educational background in STEM or economics-related fields.
