System Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product teams to define requirements, breaking them down into actionable features and user stories.
• Map business processes and analyze their impact on system architecture and performance.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to validate user journeys and ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Contribute to solution architecture by modeling system behavior and defining API contracts.
• Utilize AI tools throughout the analysis cycle to enhance discovery, documentation, and process mapping.
• Manage the team backlog and support project leadership in estimating requirements and identifying scope changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis for digital products within agile environments.
• Strong proficiency in business process mapping, systems analysis, and API integration.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, resolve conflicting requirements, and align stakeholders on priorities.
• Expertise in using agentic AI tools to automate workflows and analyze complex technical data.
• Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in creating clear technical diagrams.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors and cross-functional development teams.
