System Analyst

Leadex Systems is a specialized software consulting firm and a long-time MuleSoft partner, providing top-tier API Management solutions across Europe and the Middle East. We are currently seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our integration team and help bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure full alignment on technical requirements and project objectives.
• Facilitate client meetings to gather necessary information and drive project discussions.
• Analyze and document integration requirements, creating clear and comprehensive technical specifications.
• Visualize complex integration processes and system interactions using UML sequence diagrams.
• Maintain version control and consistency of technical documentation across internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Systems or Business Analyst.
• Confident conversational English skills at a B2 level or higher.
• Strong understanding of integration protocols, including REST and file-based methods.
• Ability to interpret third-party API documentation, including JSON payloads and OAuth-based authentication.
• Solid grasp of synchronous and asynchronous integration modes, error-handling patterns, and API request structures.
