System Analyst (Cards & Payments)

BlueSoft is looking for a skilled System Analyst to join an international banking project focused on the Cards & Payments domain. You will be responsible for analyzing and developing systems that support debit and credit card lifecycles, transaction processing, and complex financial integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and system specifications.
• Design and document changes across authorization, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation flows.
• Create comprehensive API specifications, sequence diagrams, and technical data mappings.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Troubleshoot transaction issues by analyzing logs, message flows, and processing errors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Analyst or IT Analyst within the banking or fintech sector.
• Deep understanding of card payment processes, including authorization, clearing, and settlement.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 8583 standards and card-processing integration architectures.
• Strong proficiency in API design, message mapping, and system integration analysis.
• Excellent command of English to effectively communicate in an international engineering environment.
