System Administrator (Linux) in the EU

Andersen is seeking a skilled System Administrator (Linux) to join a project focused on maintaining and enhancing a government digital platform. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and continuous operation of critical infrastructure within a Linux-based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring stable and secure operation of infrastructure and applications.
• Administering Linux environments, specifically SUSE 12/15.
• Operating and maintaining Docker environments and application clusters.
• Managing databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Monitoring system performance and handling incident troubleshooting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Linux System Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems, logging, and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of Docker, DevOps principles, and system hardening.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and Intermediate German proficiency.
