System & Business Analyst

Britenet is looking for a dedicated System & Business Analyst to join a team focused on maintaining and enhancing solutions within the payments domain. Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requests and requirements submitted by clients.
• Perform both business and system analysis with a balanced focus.
• Gather, clarify, and document requirements in cooperation with stakeholders.
• Create analytical documentation and process models using BPMN and UML.
• Analyze system integrations and collaborate on documenting REST APIs.
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of existing payment solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System & Business Analyst in the financial or banking sector.
• Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML, including sequence and activity diagrams.
• Experience working with Enterprise Architect and relational databases.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business needs into system specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and professional maturity.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
