System & Business Analyst (Payments)

Britenet is seeking a dedicated System & Business Analyst to join a team focused on maintaining and enhancing established solutions within the payments domain. Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requests and requirements submitted by clients to ensure clear project objectives.
• Perform a balanced mix of business and system analysis to support ongoing operations.
• Gather, clarify, and document requirements in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Create detailed analytical documentation and process models using BPMN and UML standards.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing systems and collaborate with technical teams during implementation.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a System & Business Analyst, ideally within the payments, banking, or financial services sector.
• Practical knowledge of BPMN, UML, and experience working with Enterprise Architect.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases, along with an understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and elicit information effectively.
• Professional maturity, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving in a maintenance-focused environment.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
