SysOps Engineer (10/21)

Infolet is seeking a dedicated SysOps Engineer to join our operations team, supporting mission-critical applications and infrastructure for global enterprise clients. You will play a vital role in maintaining high availability and performance within a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform deployment of infrastructure and services using GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Handle incidents and changes for 24x7x365 mission-critical infrastructure.
• Collaborate with 3rd-level teams to resolve complex technical incidents.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system performance using monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus.
• Implement change tasks in accordance with established runbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Approximately 2 years of professional experience in a similar SysOps or DevOps role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux environments, specifically Red Hat and SUSE.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, ECR, CloudWatch, and RDS.
• Proficiency in Docker or Podman and familiarity with networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTPS.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and a willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
