Symfony Developer

ASPER BROTHERS is a dynamic software house looking for an experienced Senior PHP Symfony Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in maintaining and rebuilding an advanced CRM platform for a non-profit organization, transitioning the system from Symfony 2 to Symfony 5 while ensuring high-quality code standards.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining complex web applications using PHP 7 and 8.
• Leading the migration and refactoring of legacy systems to modern Symfony 5 architecture.
• Designing and implementing robust REST APIs to support system functionality.
• Applying SOLID, KISS, and DRY principles to ensure clean and maintainable code.
• Collaborating within self-sufficient Agile scrum teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in PHP and Symfony development.
• Strong proficiency in MVC architecture and modern design patterns.
• Practical experience with Docker and MySQL database management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for business collaboration.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and technical decision-making.
