Sustainability Full-Stack Developer (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and is seeking an exceptional Sustainability Full-Stack Developer to join their new department. You will work alongside a world-class team backed by successful serial entrepreneurs to build high-impact technology from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the sustainability domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable technical solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset with the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to architect systems and drive strategy independently without corporate red tape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in building scalable software solutions from scratch.
