Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the sustainability domain using advanced AI and machine learning technologies.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from initial prototype to full production.
• Architect scalable technical solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and future institutional backing.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in AI/ML with a high-agency builder mindset and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where fast execution and good ideas are prioritized over bureaucracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate with a world-class team of engineers and researchers.
