Supply Engineer - Construction

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Supply Engineer to join our team and manage the procurement and supply chain activities essential to our glazing construction operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production processes by setting up glass orders, verifying hardware availability, and coordinating custom material procurement.
• Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers while negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to generate accurate material lists and ensure all components meet quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, project management, and design teams to support budgeting, substitutions, and change orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any delivery or logistics issues to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or engineering within the construction or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
• Fluency in both English and Russian at a C1 level.
• Strong organizational skills with proficiency in managing spreadsheets and procurement systems.
• Experience in international sourcing and supplier negotiation.
