Supply Chain Specialist with Turkish| Fully Remote

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist with Turkish language skills to join their team in a fully remote role, contributing to the efficient management of logistics and order processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, including creation, updates, and modifications within the SAP system.
• Monitor the entire order lifecycle from initial receipt to final delivery.
• Coordinate inventory availability, stock allocation, and logistics documentation.
• Handle customer disputes, claims, returns, and order discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, warehouses, and logistics providers to ensure smooth process execution.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Order Management.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in Turkish and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
