Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

RWS Group is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will build and manage customized supply chain solutions that enable seamless client delivery across a wide range of localization and data services projects, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage customized supply chain solutions by leveraging our global network of partners and AI community.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met and information remains accurate.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Proactively identify risks, process gaps, and opportunities for workflow improvements.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure alignment with client-specific requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, vendor, or project management, ideally within the localization or data services sector.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel functions like VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present actionable insights and reports.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
