Supply Chain Manager

micro1 is seeking experienced Supply Chain Managers to contribute their professional expertise to a dynamic project focused on training next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your domain knowledge to help shape how AI models learn and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input based on your industry experience.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite to support supply chain workflows and data entry.
• Develop demand forecasts and supply plans using real or hypothetical data inputs.
• Create and complete supplier evaluation scorecards to assess performance based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Analyze inventory levels to identify potential risks, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Prepare actionable reports using intermediate Excel functions to support supply chain decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with leading ERP platforms in a supply chain context.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Solid background in demand planning and supplier performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in intermediate Excel functions, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a fully remote environment.
