Supply Chain Manager

Blueland is a mission-driven company dedicated to eliminating single-use plastic through innovative, sustainable cleaning products. We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory and supply planning for our growing Marketplace business, with a primary focus on Amazon operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own supply and inventory planning for the Marketplace channel, ensuring optimal stock levels for sales, promotions, and growth.
• Translate demand forecasts into actionable monthly and weekly production, purchasing, and inventory deployment plans.
• Develop and manage manufacturing plans with contract partners, accounting for capacity, lead times, and material availability.
• Monitor Amazon inventory metrics, including sell-through and replenishment needs, to proactively prevent stock-outs or excess inventory.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Finance, and Logistics teams to support new product launches and promotional events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct Amazon supply chain, inventory planning, or replenishment experience.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or inventory planning, ideally within a fast-growing CPG or omnichannel brand.
• Proven ability to translate demand forecasts into production plans and manage relationships with contract manufacturers.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex data sets in a fast-paced environment.
