Supply Chain Analyst

Akamai Technologies is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to join our Network Supply Chain team. This role is essential for managing complex international logistics, ensuring trade compliance, and supporting the seamless deployment of our global IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for logistics operations.
• Develop and improve import and export compliance processes, controls, and documentation.
• Determine export authorization requirements and maintain accurate product classifications including HTS and ECCN.
• Conduct compliance audits, deliver training, and develop KPIs to measure trade performance.
• Oversee daily operations of supply chain providers and identify opportunities for process automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in international trade compliance, including U.S. import/export regulations and customs documentation.
• Strong ability to coordinate with customs brokers and logistics providers to ensure smooth global shipping.
• Advanced analytical and data management skills, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills for technical correspondence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
