Subject Matter Expert

TripleTen is a leading EdTech company dedicated to empowering tech professionals through advanced, cohort-based learning programs. We are currently seeking a Subject Matter Expert to help shape our Forward Deployed Engineering curriculum, specifically designed for experienced engineers transitioning into AI-focused roles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build comprehensive, end-to-end projects including technical infrastructure, learning goals, and supporting datasets.
• Develop clear submission guidelines and assessment rubrics to ensure consistent evaluation of student work.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers to refine course content, pacing, and educational effectiveness.
• Research and validate technical tools and solutions to ensure the curriculum remains industry-relevant.
• Support sales and marketing teams by providing technical insights into course capabilities and graduate skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience, currently operating at a Senior, Lead, or Staff level.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end deployments in real enterprise or client environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and database management.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English for creating clear instructional materials.
• Experience in mentoring, code reviewing, or teaching technical concepts to others.
