Structural Engineer

Sweco Design Center Poland is an internal design hub within the Sweco Group, providing expert engineering and design services for international projects across Europe. We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team and contribute to sustainable infrastructure and building projects in collaboration with our partners in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex structural calculations for various building and industrial structures.
• Ensure full consistency between structural calculations and BIM models.
• Prepare and review detailed structural designs and technical documentation according to project requirements.
• Support the ongoing development of innovative tools and technical solutions for the structural engineering department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in structural engineering with proficiency in tools like Robot Structural Analysis or IDEA StatiCa.
• Strong background in complex structures and a deep understanding of structural design principles and constraints.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
