emagine Polska is looking for an experienced Stream Lead to spearhead the analysis and configuration design workstream for a major IBOR implementation programme. You will play a pivotal role in driving solution design, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of functional workstreams within a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the IBOR functional workstream throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Drive business analysis and configuration design activities to meet project goals.
• Facilitate workshops to gather, document, and validate complex business requirements.
• Define robust solution approaches and configuration strategies.
• Collaborate closely with business users, architects, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Oversee functional deliverables, manage risks, and track project dependencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading IBOR implementation or large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong background in business analysis and hands-on configuration design within investment management platforms.
• Deep understanding of investment operations and front-to-back workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience leading global or distributed project teams effectively.
