Strategy & Operations Associate

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Strategy & Operations Associate to support internal coordination and streamline the processes that keep our strategic partnerships running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Document and improve internal workflows and handoffs across sales, marketing, and alliances teams.
• Track key action items, SLAs, and deadlines for partner-related initiatives to ensure smooth execution.
• Collect metrics and reports from internal stakeholders and transform them into clear, partner-ready summaries.
• Maintain accurate records within partner systems and internal documentation platforms.
• Support the operationalization of new initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, and cross-team responsibilities.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Personal experience with AI tools, with a preference for familiarity with Claude.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and project tracking tools.
• High attention to detail and a passion for creating structure and clarity in complex environments.
