Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of our highest-value projects and ensure execution under demanding timelines.
• Work closely with the CEO to drive critical business decisions and strategic planning.
• Oversee and orchestrate the work of thousands of experts within our marketplace platform.
• Diagnose operational bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions to improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
