Strategic Project Lead

micro1 is seeking a Strategic Project Lead to serve as the primary point of contact for top AI Labs customers. In this role, you will lead a team of domain experts to train frontier AI models, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and scalability while managing complex, large-scale data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own projects from end to end, ensuring high satisfaction for top-tier AI Lab clients.
• Manage and optimize data pipelines to improve overall efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Lead a team of data managers and experts to oversee task quality and performance.
• Communicate directly with AI Labs regarding project status and operational impact.
• Define and manage key performance indicators in collaboration with data engineers.

Requirements

• Strong background in data operations, engineering, or computer science.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing large-scale data projects.
• Exceptional soft skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building processes from the ground up.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute solutions rapidly.
