micro1 is seeking a highly qualified Statistics Expert with a PhD to contribute to a cutting-edge AI training initiative. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your deep subject-matter expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, ensuring they learn, reason, and perform with high accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Produce authoritative, accurate, and well-explained responses to advanced statistics queries to improve AI model performance.
• Review and evaluate statistical data and solutions to ensure alignment with current best practices.
• Develop comprehensive explanations for both foundational and specialized statistical concepts.
• Create exemplary golden responses that serve as benchmarks for future AI model outputs.

Requirements

• PhD in Statistics or a closely related field with demonstrated expertise in core and advanced topics.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts with precision.
• Experience creating or reviewing scientific, technical, or educational materials in statistics.
• Strong familiarity with sub-disciplines such as probability theory, Bayesian methods, or computational statistics.
• Proficiency with MySQL and advanced data analysis techniques.
