Staff Systems Administrator – Endpoint Engineering

Relativity is seeking a Staff Systems Administrator to join our IT Operations Endpoint Engineering team. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical authority, responsible for defining the strategy and architecture of our endpoint ecosystem to ensure it remains secure, scalable, and operationally excellent.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steward endpoint architecture patterns across management, security, deployment, and compliance to optimize for scale and user experience.
• Lead the design and implementation of endpoint hardening, security baselines, and least privilege governance models.
• Partner with Security teams to ensure initiatives are executed through disciplined work management and validated testing.
• Act as the final technical escalation point for complex endpoint incidents and lead root-cause analysis for systemic issues.
• Develop high-quality runbooks and technical documentation to ensure operational consistency and reduce dependency on tribal knowledge.

Requirements

• Senior or principal-level experience managing endpoint platforms and security controls within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives between IT Operations and Security teams with strong execution discipline.
• Expertise in designing enforceable security baselines and implementing least privilege controls across diverse platforms.
