Staff Software Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from concept to user, building and iterating within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Partner directly with clients to understand their unique needs and achieve critical business goals.
• Define product requirements, identify optimal system designs, and plan development cycles alongside Product and Design teams.
• Foster a healthy, effective engineering culture through mentorship and technical leadership.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven track record of leading development through the full product lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, release management, and incident response.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing scalable system architectures, complex data structures, and efficient algorithms.
• Strong proficiency in modern development practices and a versatile approach to various technology stacks.
