Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions that address complex business and technical requirements.
• Lead technical architecture and design decisions for high-impact initiatives across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define technical requirements and implementation approaches.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while establishing and reinforcing engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through systematic problem solving.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience using languages such as Ruby on Rails, PHP, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and REST API development.
• Proficiency with version control systems, CI/CD practices, and performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to independently develop informed technical perspectives on complex and ambiguous systems.
• Willingness to learn and master our primary technology stack, Ruby, with full support provided.
