Staff Product Manager

StackBlitz is the team behind WebContainers and Bolt.new, an AI-powered app builder that enables users to create, edit, and deploy full-stack applications directly in the browser. We are a fully remote, globally distributed team dedicated to building the future of software development and empowering users to move at the speed of thought.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy for ambiguous, high-impact areas by balancing customer insights, product quality, and technical feasibility.
• Own complex, cross-surface initiatives from initial diagnosis through to final delivery.
• Actively use the product to identify friction points and ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Co-own key metrics including activation, engagement, and retention to drive high-leverage work.
• Lead discovery processes across various internal and external stakeholders to turn qualitative and quantitative data into actionable product direction.
• Communicate clear, written strategies that enable the team to execute effectively.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with significant time spent operating in high-ambiguity environments.
• Proven track record as a senior individual contributor in a product-led growth company.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to translate instincts into clear, actionable product directions.
• Comfortable navigating technical discussions and understanding engineering tradeoffs.
• Ability to take full ownership of projects and move with urgency without needing constant supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
