Staff Product Manager - Mobile- 100% Remote - EMEA

Hostaway is a leading, AI-powered vacation rental management platform trusted by over 20,000 property managers worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our mobile application, ensuring a seamless experience for property managers, owners, and cleaners on the go.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Hostaway mobile app, ensuring it aligns with our broader product goals.
• Conduct continuous user discovery to translate field insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Define and track key performance metrics to drive adoption, engagement, and retention across all user personas.
• Partner with Product Design to deliver intuitive, high-performance experiences for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-to-market readiness for every release.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically within B2B SaaS and mobile applications.
• Proven track record of managing the full lifecycle of mobile products, including App Store and Play Store release cycles.
• Experience building complex workflows for diverse user groups such as admins, operators, and field staff.
• Strong ability to conduct customer research and translate user needs into impactful features.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
