Staff Full-Stack Engineer (Java & React)

iTeamly is looking for a highly skilled Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of our software solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of technical architecture and contribute to the development of robust, scalable applications using Java and React.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React.
• Take ownership of technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software.
• Establish good engineering practices, maintain code quality, and ensure appropriate test coverage.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with the team to deliver business value.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in full-stack roles.
• Strong backend development skills in Java, including Spring Boot and JPA.
• Solid experience with React and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and JSON-based integrations.
• Practical experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 or higher).
