Staff Full-Stack Engineer (Java & React)

BraverIT is looking for an experienced Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and help build high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will take ownership of technical projects, contribute to architectural decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React.
• Take ownership of technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software.
• Establish good engineering practices, maintain code quality, and ensure appropriate test coverage.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with the team to deliver business value.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in full-stack roles.
• Strong backend development skills in Java, including Spring Boot and JPA.
• Solid experience with React and TypeScript.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and JSON-based integrations.
• Practical experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 or higher).
