Staff Data Analyst

As a Staff Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across our global Support Engineering organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own annual operating plans and capacity planning through advanced data modeling and validation to support workforce and budget decisions.
• Build and maintain utilization and team-performance scorecards, including automated alerting systems to surface real-time trends.
• Analyze Support Economics, including cost-per-ticket modeling, self-service savings, and product quality costs.
• Lead dashboarding initiatives for AI adoption and return on investment to measure the business impact of AI-driven projects.
• Define unified customer-schema requirements to ensure consistent data across systems and establish a single source of truth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a business intelligence analyst or analytics engineer, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
• Fluency in SQL, including complex multi-table joins, common table expressions, and conditional filters.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Zendesk Explore.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong capacity to plan and prioritize work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
