Staff Content Designer

StackBlitz is the team behind WebContainers and Bolt.new, a next-gen, AI-powered app builder that enables users to create, edit, and deploy full-stack applications directly in the browser. We are a globally distributed, fully remote team dedicated to building the future of software development by pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the browser.

Key responsibilities

• Define and establish Bolt's product voice, terminology, and design patterns for recurring user interactions like prompts, errors, and settings.
• Elevate the quality of product writing across the company by providing actionable feedback to cross-functional team members.
• Develop and own the content strategy, shaping product direction from the initial problem definition phase.
• Design and ship content-led features end-to-end, including onboarding and in-product education, using Figma or agentic tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing and CX teams to ensure a consistent and reinforcing message throughout the entire user lifecycle.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating product content work with clear examples of problem-solving, reasoning, and impact.
• Proven ability to take a content-led feature from concept to production independently, including UI design or implementation.
• Experience building and implementing content standards, systems, or guidelines that have been successfully adopted by others.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, as it is the primary language for all team collaboration and customer interaction.
