SRE Lead

GoReel is seeking an experienced SRE Lead to design, implement, and maintain our observability cloud infrastructure and platform. In this role, you will lead SRE teams and collaborate closely with development departments to streamline deployment processes and ensure high system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SRE teams and ensure the technical excellence of your teammates.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Victoria-Metrics, and Grafana to proactively identify performance issues.
• Manage logging infrastructure with Fluent, Fluent-bit, ElasticSearch, and Kibana to ensure efficient log collection and visualization.
• Configure and manage alerting systems like AlertManager and Opsgenie to minimize downtime.
• Design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, and IAM.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD for seamless software delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and Helm chart development.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
