Sustainable Talent is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team and support the scaling of a growing manufacturing organization. You will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent across the automotive, energy, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for specialized and critical technical roles.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for both current and future hiring requirements.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through creative networking, targeted outreach, and advanced research techniques.
• Conduct detailed market mapping to provide actionable intelligence on candidate availability and competitor landscapes.
• Partner closely with recruiters and business leaders to align sourcing efforts with organizational hiring priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, ideally within the automotive, manufacturing, or energy industries.
• Strong proficiency in research, Boolean search, social sourcing, and professional networking.
• Experience managing candidate activity and pipelines within CRM and ATS platforms.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
