Sr Systems Administrator

Coupa Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our team on a fully remote basis. You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our core collaboration tools and IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security for our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support core collaboration tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls while developing comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to collaboration tools and IT systems, providing timely support to end-users.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Monitor system performance and participate in IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Systems Administrator or in a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with OKTA for identity management and Active Directory administration.
• Excellent documentation skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
