Sr. Strategic Program Manager

Carrot Fertility is the leading global fertility and family care platform, supporting millions of members across 195 countries. We are looking for a Senior Strategic Programs Manager to join our Global Clinical Operations team and lead the operational strategy for Carrot Rx and our claims-based billing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational strategy and day-to-day management of Carrot Rx, including pharmacy partnerships, pricing, and program governance.
• Develop and support our claims-based billing strategy by partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, PBMs, and health plans to strengthen our reimbursement ecosystem.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and operational reporting to support executive decision-making and commercial opportunities.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for cost optimization, network improvements, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, payer operations, reimbursement, or pharmacy benefit programs.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex healthcare topics into actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
