Sr. QA Test Engineer

Verisma is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Test Engineer to lead software quality control efforts throughout the entire development life cycle. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for designing robust automation frameworks, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks for web applications, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using modern tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and Pytest.
• Collaborate with product owners, DevOps, and software engineers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop performance and load testing solutions to validate system scalability and reliability.
• Establish testing standards, patterns, and best practices while driving continuous improvement in test coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proven competency in Scrum or other agile methodologies, along with proficiency in C#, Azure, and API testing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and manipulate business data.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
