Sr. Product Designer

CIQ builds the enterprise infrastructure that powers the world's most demanding workloads, ranging from operating systems to AI infrastructure and high-performance computing. We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of complex enterprise products used by engineers and administrators at the most technically sophisticated organizations globally.

Key responsibilities

• Own design from discovery through delivery across one or more product areas.
• Contribute to and grow the CIQ design system.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with technically sophisticated enterprise users.
• Define and track design quality metrics to drive iteration.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the full development cycle.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise B2B work.
• Deep experience designing data-heavy interfaces, multi-step workflows, or developer-facing products.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills.
• Hands-on experience with user research and measuring design outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma and active use of AI tools in design workflows.
• Ability to operate independently and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
