Sr. Placement Executive - Transportation

Key responsibilities

• Support the Placement Manager in overseeing daily operations and facilitating team development.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify client needs and ensure optimal insurance placement.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with insurance carriers.
• Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of all business submissions to carriers.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Placement Executives and Associates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Property & Casualty Broker.
• Current P&C Producer License is strictly required.
• Strong proficiency in technology, including advanced usage of Excel and experience with Agency Management Systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high attention to detail.
