Sr. Motion Designer

Jobgether is seeking a talented Sr. Motion Designer to join a high-ownership creative team shaping the motion identity of a global technology brand. In this role, you will craft engaging motion across product, web, social, and marketing channels while building scalable systems that define how the brand moves.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion assets for product explainers, website animations, paid social content, and event experiences.
• Transform UI frames and product concepts into polished demonstrations that clearly communicate functionality and value.
• Develop and evolve a distinctive motion design language, including timing principles, transitions, and visual behaviors.
• Build reusable motion systems, component libraries, and templates to enable cross-functional teams to create high-quality work independently.
• Explore and implement emerging tools, including AI-powered workflows, to improve creative efficiency and expand team capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in motion design within brand, product, or technology-focused environments.
• Strong ability to translate creative briefs and UI concepts into compelling visual stories with excellent pacing and rhythm.
• Deep understanding of motion principles and the ability to balance expressive creative direction with functional product communication.
• Systems-thinking mindset with experience creating guidelines and tools that foster consistency across digital surfaces.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for creative decisions while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
