Sr. Motion Designer

DigitalFish, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Motion Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts and visual solutions, while providing leadership and guidance to other designers to ensure high-quality output across various digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of designers in the planning and execution of complex visual communication projects.
• Review and approve layouts, production designs, and data visualizations to ensure they meet project standards and client expectations.
• Provide constructive feedback on sketches and design drafts to refine the creative direction.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, or equivalent professional training and experience.
• Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D visualization techniques and a deep understanding of aesthetic design principles.
• Proven ability to utilize diverse media formats, including electronic and film-based assets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to solve complex design problems.
• Extensive experience with industry-standard publishing and graphics software, particularly within the Adobe Creative Suite.
