Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer

Micro1 is seeking highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers to contribute to an innovative AI training project. This role focuses on software development, technical problem-solving, system architecture, and the evaluation of complex codebases across a variety of programming languages.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and debug both front-end and back-end application components.
• Implement user-facing features alongside the APIs, services, and data models that support them.
• Trace data and requests across browsers, databases, and external integrations to ensure system integrity.
• Diagnose complex failures involving application state, authentication, networking, and deployment.
• Review and improve AI-generated solutions for performance, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in developing production-grade full-stack applications.
• Meaningful hands-on expertise in both front-end and back-end engineering.
• Production experience working with multiple programming languages.
• Deep knowledge of browser applications, APIs, application state, and service integration.
• Proven ability to work effectively within unfamiliar codebases and understand existing system architectures.
• Exceptional debugging and technical problem-solving skills.
